The region is the unspoilt part of Spain. Close to the Sierra Espuna mountain range (National Park). It is quickly becoming a great region for golf enthusiasts with many great courses within 30 minutes drive. The very picturesque Cartagena has plenty of designer shopping, atttractive architecture, street cafes and the port.
Murcia City is a very worthwhile visit with it's many museums and churches, together with many shops and pleasant atmosphere.
The lovely beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo are the two nearest beaches, only 15 minutes drive away. Mazarron has numerous bars and restaurants and has a traditional Spanish flavour. Scuba diving and snorkelling are avaiable.
Totana and Lorca are nearby and are both places of great interest.

Other Interests:
The surrounding area has plenty to offer all ages with many places to visit, getting about by road is easy and the main roads are excellent and usually quiet. Many of the towns hold fiestas regularly. Further out there is much to see and do in the Mar Menor Region.

Also,the Sierra Espuna Mountain Range and National Park is within view of Condado, with roads to the top with the promise of spectacular views.  Especially good for picnics.
Finally this is a great area for red wine and there are many vineyards around the regions, there are numerous golf courses and plenty of history in Museums, Cathedrals, Monastries and Castles. Huge shopping centres in Murcia, Lorca and Cartegena.
